ART DIRECTOR

Originally from Kansas, Amy moved to Maui a week after graduating from Kansas State University with a bachelors of fine arts degree specializing in graphic design. With a suitcase in one hand and a design portfolio in the other Amy started her journey. Now with eight successful years as a freelance designer on Maui, Amy is happy to call this tropical paradise her home. She brings extensive experience of designing magazine and weekly new publications, restaurant design, charity and community event collateral, festive event posters and high-end hotel and resort rebranding. When Amy met the Gilbert team, she knew it was a perfect fit. She is excited to add her creativity and expertise to deliver her best work to the agency’s clients and their audiences. In her spare time Amy enjoys relaxing on the beach with her sister, hiking with her dog, and gathering design inspiration wherever she goes.
